To all our members: I hope you all had a good holiday and am wishing a good new year for everyone.
2011 turned out to be a tough year and for 2012 to turn around we need all of our members to dig deep, pitch in and help out the club in every way you can. Our 2011 season left us in debt and extremely low on funds. But with the help of some generous donations and personal loans we have paid our creditors and remain in good standing. The 2012 Regional is in the process of being applied for. Judges retained and
facilities booked for our date. It is important for the club to continue holding the regional in order to retain our charter. The State Fair show for the time being will be placed on hold, until the situation with the double point status is settled.
To start the new year there is some business that needs to be taken care of. We need to hold an election.
Our club report is due on the 15th of Feb. New officers need to be elected by then.
In order to vote you need to have paid your dues for 2012.

We need your information, including email with your dues.
All of our positions for officers are up for election, if you have someone you want to nominate or want to run send your name or the names in with your dues. Our elections will be held by internet once we compile a ballot. We need everyones help, if we are going to be able to keep costs down this year we need to find sponsers, and bring in donations, put some time in behind the scenes, everyone is needed and appreciated.
